Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this site are the original work and property of Corey Ellis. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Purchases & Commissions
All sales of original sculptures and commissioned artwork are subject to individual agreements discussed directly with the artist. Pricing is quoted per project. Deposit and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Email Marketing
If you provide your email address through a contact form, inquiry, or commission discussion, you agree we may use it to reply to your message and to send occasional studio updates - new available work, commission availability, or studio news. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or by emailing coreyellisarts@gmail.com. Transactional messages tied to an active commission (e.g., quotes, deposit invoices, progress updates, shipping notifications) are not promotional and will continue regardless of marketing opt-out.
SMS / Text Message Terms
If you provide a mobile number during a commission discussion, you consent to receive project-related text messages from Corey Ellis Art - including direction notes, progress images, scheduling, and shipping coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by project phase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Limitation of Liability
Corey Ellis Art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork. All pieces are sold as described and photographed.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
